Responsible Use

The kit includes a Torch that must be filled with butane gas for operation and can be dangerous if not used properly. It is the buyer's responsibility to use the product safely and in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Risk Warning

Buyers are warned of the risks associated with misuse of the product, including burns, explosions, or serious injury. Special care should be taken when handling the product and keep it away from sources of heat, sparks, or open flames. For safety reasons, it is important to keep out of the reach of minors.

Policy for undelivered or lost orders

1. Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct and exact delivery address to ensure timely receipt of the package. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

3. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

• We will work with the carrier to locate your order and provide updates.

4. Lost Orders

• If an order is confirmed as lost after investigation, you may choose to:
  • Receive a full refund.
  • Have the order resent at no additional cost.

5. Claims Process

• Claims for undelivered or lost orders must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
